Most packages arrive exactly when the tracking number says they will.

Occasionally, they arrive when the story says they should.

A Hand of Jerry artifact reached its Nomad on August 1. Only afterward did the calendar reveal the date: Jerry Garcia's birthday.

The Nomad wrote back:

"I'll wear it with a smile. Enjoy the journey."

No one planned it.

Some artifacts simply seem to know when it's time to arrive.
